Finding someone to care for your children and your home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.  Our goal is to get to know your family needs in order to find the right person for you.  We will always be available to answer any questions that may arise.

After we locate suitable prospects, we contact you to set up interviews.  A detailed  profile/reference is provided to you for each candidate.

Getting Started
Just call or complete our online Family Application.  Once we receive the application, we will FAX or E-Mail our Agency Agreement.  The Agreement must be signed and Faxed to our office before we begin to introduce candidates; it does not commit you to any fees until your selected candidate completes a one-week trial period and is hired.

Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied or if the employee leaves during the first (2) months of service, we will provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

Agency Fees

Permanent Placement

Live Out - (FT/PT) -15% of employee's gross annual salary based on 52 weeks per year.
Guarantee: (2) Month Replacement

Temporary Placement

(FT/PT) 30% of employee's gross salary on any assignment of eight weeks or less.

*An assignment exceeding an 8-week period is subject to agency approval.
